What PostSwift AI provides
PostSwift AI helps ChatGPT prepare one social media post recommendation from information you provide. A recommendation may include an idea, picture concept, hook, caption, hashtags, and visual direction for ChatGPT’s native image feature.
PostSwift AI does not create an account, save a permanent profile, publish or schedule content, connect to social accounts, analyse performance, research live trends, take payments, or guarantee that image creation is available.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for:
- reviewing content before using or publishing it;
- checking facts and claims;
- making sure you have permission to use names, brands, images, and other material;
- following each social platform’s rules; and
- following applicable laws.
Do not use PostSwift AI to create unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or rights-infringing content.
No promise of results
Recommendations are creative suggestions. PostSwift AI does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, sales, accuracy, platform acceptance, or any other result.
Your content
You keep any rights you have in the information you provide. Your use of content produced through ChatGPT is also subject to OpenAI’s terms and any rights held by other people or organisations.
Other services
PostSwift AI works through ChatGPT and is hosted using Cloudflare. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
The service may sometimes be interrupted, changed, or discontinued. We will make reasonable efforts to keep public information about the service accurate.
Disclaimer and liability
PostSwift AI is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent allowed by law, Dave Ross is not responsible for indirect losses or for decisions made only from a creative recommendation. Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights or other rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Age
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to use ChatGPT and PostSwift AI. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or guardian must permit your use.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. If you use PostSwift AI from outside New Zealand, you are responsible for complying with any mandatory laws that apply in your country. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
