Information you choose to provide
ChatGPT may send PostSwift AI the information needed for your request, including:
- what you create, sell, or talk about;
- who you want to reach;
- how you want your content to feel;
- the social platforms you choose;
- an optional goal or idea;
- your current request; and
- the latest relevant recommendation when you ask for a revision.
Do not provide passwords, API keys, payment-card details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
How the information is used
The information is used only to organise the creator details you provide and prepare directions for one social post recommendation. PostSwift AI does not use it for advertising, user tracking, analytics, publishing, or account creation.
Storage and retention
PostSwift AI has no user database and does not intentionally save permanent creator profiles, content history, images, login details, API keys, or payment information. The PostSwift AI service processes the information temporarily to answer the current request.
Who receives the information
PostSwift AI runs inside ChatGPT and is hosted by Cloudflare. OpenAI and Cloudflare may process or retain conversation and technical service information under their own terms, policies, and account settings. Their processing is separate from PostSwift AI’s stateless application storage.
Information may be processed by:
- OpenAI, which provides ChatGPT;
- Cloudflare, which hosts the PostSwift AI service; and
- Dave Ross, as needed to operate and support PostSwift AI.
PostSwift AI does not sell personal information.
Your choices
You choose what to share. Because PostSwift AI does not keep a permanent user profile, there is normally no PostSwift AI account record to view, change, or delete. You can manage your ChatGPT conversations through the controls provided by OpenAI.
Children
PostSwift AI is for a general audience and is not directed specifically to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy if PostSwift AI’s features or information practices change. The effective date above will show when this version took effect.
